The basic package is a four page website inclusive of all of the PROPERTYwebsite features and technology where the property database is updated manually through our simple web interface. At the other end of the scale would be a large website with many information pages and several databases catering to the varied needs of a multi disciplined company and accepting automated property data uploads from your management software.

The Complete Solution

The separation of work disciplines, combined with the fact that we host all websites and technology on our own in-house servers means that we can offer the customer a complete website solution.

After the sales visit, website orders are handed over to the administration team who are responsible for helping you to gather together the content material we will need to build your website. They will also talk you through the decisions necessary to ensure that the PROPERTYwebsite search and database technology is correctly set up to meet the individual needs of your business and how you can improve your chances of good search engine positioning. Domain names are registered or transferred and email forwarding can be set up at any time from this point on.

A dedicated graphical design team, experienced in website design techniques, will then produce a design concept for your approval. Once approved, the site is built incorporating all standard PROPERTYwebsite features and is then passed to the development team for any specific features you have ordered that require bespoke programming work or to implement an automated property data upload.

Our installation and support team will then contact you to train your staff in how to upload properties to the website, manage the email mailing list and analyse website visitor and hit statistics. This is more often done over the phone these days, though we are happy to provide on-site training if you prefer or if your staff are not yet internet literate.

The site is then ready to “go live” and the website is added to our search engine submission procedures to ensure that it is indexed by all the major search engine sites (and many more).
